The Vision
The vision the Lord has given us is simply to restore the Church (body of Christ) back to the Lord’s original design. The church today has digressed to the place where it is unrecognizable to the very One who made it – this is pictured in Revelation 3 where the last Church age, the Laodicea church, would be “lukewarm” and “wealthy” in the material realm yet Jesus Himself has to stand outside of it (v.20) knocking on the door to get inside because He is shut out of its activities. Think about that. Much of it is simply a motivational profit-making business with so much of the world in it that there is no room for the Holy Spirit who is supposed to be running the church. The Lord spoke to Brother Timmons very powerfully in October, 1991, and said, “You say when ministering in churches that ‘the number one problem in the church is they don’t believe the Bible’ and that’s true but another problem equally as bad is that the church is not being led by the Holy Spirit; it’s being led by religious spirits.”
This Church age is also the one Paul spoke about being in existence just before the return of Christ. He said, “Now as to the times and the epochs, brethren, you have no need of anything to be written to you. For you yourselves know full well that the day of the Lord will come just like a thief in the night.”
(1 Thess. 5:1-2) Now we request you. Brethren, with regard to the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and our gathering together to Him that you may not be quickly shaken from your composure or be disturbed either by a spirit or a message … Let no one in any way deceive you, for it will not come unless the apostasy comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction, who opposes and exalts himself above every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, displaying himself as being God.” (2 Thess. 2:1-4)
The end result being people are made to feel better about themselves through phileo love and worldly programs rather than allowing the Spirit of God to deal with the sin in their lives and conform them to the image of Christ. The intention of God has never been to make people feel better on their road to hell. His intention is to convict them of the sin in their lives so they will choose to get off the road to hell and step onto the road to heaven, to get saved and delivered so that they have the freedom to lead a life that Jesus can pour Himself through to a sin-sick, crying, dying world.
We know from the word of God that the true Church (body of Christ) is to be a holy place where the Spirit of God can dwell; this is the second work of Grace called Sanctification which follows Justification.
We are called to be "holy people" a "holy nation" and the Bible says, "without holiness no one shall see the Lord."(Heb. 12:14; cf. Eph. 4:24, I Thess. 4:7, et al.)
The true New Testament Church is a Church on the move. Where according to Mark 16 the gospel can be preached to every creature, where he who believes and is baptized can be saved. A place where these signs will follow the believers: in Jesus’ name they will cast out demons, they will speak with new tongues, if the enemy sends a serpent to bite them or tries to poison them, it will not hurt them. They will lay hands on the sick and they will recover. (Mark 16) This is the everyday business of the true Church. Each member of the Church is endowed with spiritual gifts which the Spirit gives “without repentance”; He doesn’t change His mind about your gifting (Romans 11:29). Yet if you are not versed and operating in your spiritual gifting the Church is weak (1 Cor. 12:11-27).
The way we will accomplish restoration of the Church to the LORD’s design is by: Exposing the false church for what it is; Speaking the truth in the love of God; Calling for repentance; Taking the focus off man and putting it back on God; Teaching and training the truth from the Word and the Spirit (spiritual development/maturity); Making disciples for the Lord; Stirring the gifts and callings of God in the body; Being a true demonstration of the gospel to both the Church and the world; Equipping the body according to Ephesians 4; Deliverance, miracle and healing ministry through the power of the Holy Spirit by creating an atmosphere for Him to manifest Himself and a specific calling for us is ESTABLISHING TRAINING CENTERS IN VARIOUS NATIONS AS THE LORD DIRECTS
The Lord gave Apostle Timmons a blueprint in 1988 for establishing Training Centers (T/C) to train Five-fold ministers. These operate like a University with a school for each of the Five offices Jesus established for the Church -- apostle, prophet, pastor, teacher and evangelist -- along with a church, dormatories for men and women, an orphanage to take care of abandoned children and farmland acreage to farm.
Unlike a Bible school, these training centers are not open to everyone and are designed to train those who exhibit a true call on their life for ministry and a Five-fold office. Ministers are trained not only in the Scriptures but also in how to follow the Holy Spirit -- in other words a spiritual maturation process not available through Bible school.

Jesus is coming for a bride that is without spot, wrinkle or blemish. He deserves a church that is a reflection of Him, a church where the Spirit of God has the freedom to set men free and conform them to the image of Jesus.
